Apply to lips. How to combine your lipstick and Lip'Up? 2 options:

Option n°1 - MAT effect: Apply the Lip'Up, leave on for 15 min then apply your lipstick.
Option n°2 - GLOSSY effect: Apply your lipstick followed immediately by Lip'Up
Frequency of use: use 3 times a day. In the morning, once or twice during the day, and possible in the evening.
