Usage. Take one sachet (12.5 g) per day for 21 days. Pour the contents of the sachet (12.5 g of powder) into a glass or shaker. Add 200 ml of water, stir until completely dissolved, then drink the entire contents. The powder can also be dissolved in other liquids, such as herbal drinks.
