Instructions for use
1. While twisting the plug between your fingers, slowly press it until the plug takes the shape of a thin cylinder.
2. Pull the ear up to make it easier to insert the plug.
3. Keeping the molded earplug pressed against the earlobe, gently push it in.
4. After a few seconds, the earplug will take its original shape and fit perfectly into the ear canal.
