Instructions for use

1. While turning the plug, press it slowly until the plug takes the shape of a thin cylinder
2. Insert the molded ear plug into the ear canal.
3. Pull the ear outwards and upwards to remove air from the ear canal.
4. Wait for the plug to spread out in the ear and check if it fits well. You should only feel the tip of the earplug.
