DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Pull the earlobe downwards. Insert the earplug by guiding it with your Fingers.
2. Gradually push the earplug until it is positioned correctly in the ear canal. You can move back and forth slightly until you feel the seal.
3. To remove the earplug, pull it gently, twisting slightly, After each use, clean the earplugs bu just using mild soap and lukewarm water.
