    These, www.juara.lt, rules for the purchase and sale of goods presented below are a complete set of conditions valid for both the Buyer and the Seller www.juara.lt (UAB Juara, hereinafter referred to as www.juara.lt).
    1. General provisions
    1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), once approved by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and continuing with the registration or order), are a legal document binding on the parties, which establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the liability of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the www.juara.lt e-shop.
    1.2. The Buyer in the Rules is understood as a person intending to purchase or acquiring goods in the www.juara.lt e-shop.     1.3. The Buyer may purchase goods in the e-shop only after having familiarized himself with the Rules and having undertaken to comply with and execute them. If the Buyer places orders in the e-shop, it is considered that he has read the Rules, understood them and agreed to them. Upon fulfillment of the requirements set forth in the Rules, the Rules become a purchase and sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.
    1.4. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by law. The Buyer is informed about any changes on the www. juara.lt e-store website. When the Buyer makes purchases in the www. juara.lt e-store, the Rules in force at the time of placing the order apply.
    1.5. The following persons have the right to buy in the www.juara.lt e-store:
    1.5.1. capable natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority and whose capacity is not restricted by court order;
    1.5.2. minors from 14 to 18 years of age, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they can independently dispose of their income;
    1.5.3. legal entities;
    1.5.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
    1.6. Buyers' personal data is processed in accordance with the Seller's privacy policy. The Buyer must familiarize himself with the privacy policy before using the www. juara.lt e-shop, as well as ordering and purchasing goods.
    2. Entry into force of the purchase and sale agreement
    2.1. Goods can be purchased in the www.juara.lt e-shop by registered and unregistered Buyers. Registered Buyers register by entering the information specified in the registration form. When registering, the Buyer must provide correct and only his own information. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided, as well as for updating them in a timely and proper manner.
    2.2. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having selected the purchased item(s) in the Store according to the Seller's instructions and formed a shopping cart, having specified the data necessary for the purchase and having familiarized himself with the Rules, clicks on the link "Order", makes a payment, or makes an advance payment, if he has chosen such a payment method, and the Seller confirms the order.
    2.3. The Seller is not obliged to separately notify the Buyer of his consent to conclude a contract. The Seller is considered to confirm the order from the moment he begins to execute it.
    2.4. Each purchase and sale contract concluded between the Buyer and the Seller is stored in the database of the www.juara.lt online store.
    2.5. The purchase and sale contract is considered to be fulfilled when the goods are transferred to the Buyer in accordance with the Rules and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of the purchase of the goods.
    3. Buyer's rights and obligations
    3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the www.juara.lt e-shop in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules and the www.juara.lt e-shop.
    3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of sale of goods concluded with the www. juara.lt e-shop (except for the contract of sale specified in Part 2 of Article 6.228(10) of the Civil Code and Article 7 of the Rules), by notifying the Seller thereof in writing (by e-mail eshop@juara.lt , indicating the order number ) no later than within 14 (fourteen) calendar days in accordance with the procedure established by the Civil Code and these Rules. The term begins to be calculated from the date of ordering the goods delivered to the Buyer or when the Buyer collects the goods from the Seller's goods collection points.
    3.3. The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price for them.
